Our Story
Welcome to Bara Stays, where the vision of creating meaningful spaces and experiences comes to life. I’m Santosh Baratam, an architect by profession and the founder of THE PR GROUP a multifaceted company offering a wide range of services that span from architecture and construction to interior design, security, and housekeeping.
Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of transforming spaces and helping people realize their dream homes and businesses. What began as a passion for design and structure quickly evolved into a full-service company, inspired by my belief that every space, whether it’s a home, office, or guest house, has the potential to inspire, uplift, and enhance lives.
Over the years, THE PR GROUP has expanded its offerings to meet the growing needs of our clients in Visakhapatnam and beyond. Alongside our core expertise in architecture and construction, we now provide Inspired Security Services offering peace of mind to homeowners and businesses alike and Inspired Neat & Clean Housekeeping Services, ensuring that every space we work in is not only beautiful but also functional and well-maintained. We also cater to entertainment needs with our Home Theater installations and create inviting spaces with our cozy Cafes making your environment a place for both work and relaxation.
